it with the Foreign Secretary.
The Committee
(1) Took note that the Prime Minister would consult the
Foreign Secretary about the sale of a Van de Graaff accelerator to South Africa.
(2) Subject to the outcome of the discussion under
Conclusion (1) above, approved the sale of the accelerator.
